AD plants are becoming prevalent throughout the UK and our optical gas imaging surveys have become a mainstay for site managers to ensure they are maximising the output from their plants. Our teams have also assisted sites locate problems with associated pipes and tanks using our normal NDT technologies.
Regular inspections can identify problems before they arise, saving you time and money in the long run. Additionally asset owners have to comply with Environmental and HSE regulations and our technologies and services can ensure your compliance.
Thermal imaging cameras have a wide range of applications. Thermal imaging cameras can be used to identify a number of property issues, such as problems with thermal insulation or electrical hazards that can cause a home to become less energy efficient.
Storage tanks come in all shapes and sizes and contain solids, liquids and gases, so all pose inspection challenges. Our EMMUA153 qualified tank inspectors guide clients and our teams as to the requirements of the inspection standard and what can be done to ensure compliance.
Ducting comes in many forms and can found underfloor or up in roof spaces often being used for air movement or ventilation. Usually unsuitable for man entry, our camera and tractors can be usefully deployed to confirm the health of these and we can supply cleaning systems to aid the maintenance.
Ultrasonic Testing is an NDT Service provided by Inspectahire across the UK. Ultrasonic Testing uses sound waves of short wavelength and high frequency to detect flaws or measure material thickness. Such mechanical waves can travel large distances in fine grain metal, in the form of a divergent wave with progressive attenuation.
Eddy Current Testing is the fastest way to assess the condition of non-ferrous tubing in chillers, condensers, feed water heaters and evaporators. With data collection speeds twice that of any other inspection method, work is performed swiftly and efficiently.
