Our winning innovation, the Ultrasonic Whisky Gauge, is transforming how distilleries manage cask inventory. By enabling non-invasive, highly accurate measurement of liquid volume inside sealed casks, it removes the need to open, move, or disrupt the maturation process, preserving quality while improving operational efficiency.
Using advanced pulse-echo ultrasonic technology, the system measures fill levels externally with exceptional accuracy, helping distilleries:
- Improve inventory control
- Reduce handling risk
- Maintain product integrity
- Increase warehouse efficiency
This is a true example of innovation rooted in both science and practical need.
